Romain Semmel

Romain Semmel is the Founder of Vertell Asset Management, bringing nearly 15 years of experience in pan-European hotel investment. He was previously Investment Director at Pygmalion Capital and EVP at JLL Hotels & Hospitality, where he managed €2.5 billion in transactions, CapEx, and financing across the EMEA region.
From 2021 to 2023, Romain led the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of Faern Hotel Group, which includes four hotels and 500 rooms. He holds a BA in Hospitality Management, Finance, and Revenue Management.
Vincent Rime

Vincent Rime is a finance expert with a strong background in hospitality and private equity. He was the former CFO and Board Member of Faern Hotel & Resorts, where he led its refinancing, repositioning, and digital transformation.
Vincent also served as CFO and Executive Board Member of a Swiss care home and hotel operator, Reliva, where he scaled the company from 10 to 350 employees in just 5 years. He has experience in private equity with Pictet & Cie and holds a BS in Economics from HEC Lausanne and an MA in Banking and Finance from Zurich University.
Guillaume Bott

Guillaume Bott has 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, specializing in mountain resorts. He was the former COO of Whitegold Hospitality, where he expanded the group from 4 to 12 hotels in less than 3 years.
Guillaume also served as Group Operations Director for Les Hôtels d’en Haut (now Beaumier). His experience also includes managing renowned mountain hotels such as Les Airelles in Courchevel and Maison & Hotels Sibuet in Megève, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest experience and service excellence.
